Animated "bellringer toy" depicting a young boy dressed in red and orange riding a velocipede. His arms, legs and body move. As the wheels turn, the bell rings in back. These types of toys are called Bellringers, some of which were manufactured in nearby East Haddam, CT also known as the "Bell Town" for that reason.
