A simple movement toy of a walking "dandy". This toy was handmade by the donor's uncle. The jointed wooden man has a red suit, yellow hat, black shoes and red cloth bow at the neck. He is attached to a base by a wire. The base is at a slight incline causing the man to seem to walk forward.
