Tiddledy Winks ("New Round Game Winks") is a game for two to four players. Implements consist of directions, one wooden wink pot, 23 (originally 24) small bone counters called winks and 4 large ones called Tiddledies, in three sets of different colors (red, white, yellow, green). Published by McLoughlin Brothers of New York.
The directions say, "From two to four persons can play, but the game is most amusing when four play as partners.
