An American Sheraton, bow-front chest of drawers. It has four drawers with single, half round moldings. Two brass knobs ornament each drawer, with a central key hole. The brass knobs are not original to the piece. the four corners of the chest are ornamented by protruding fluted columns with "bulbs" near the top and bottom of each column. The piece was probably made in Connecticut.
