A seed broadcaster with a canvas bag and sheet metal funnel. The seeder is worn around a person's neck. Turning a crank while walking operates a rotating brodcaster. This type of seeder was used to replace hand sowing. It is marked "Pearces Improved 'Cahoon' Broad Cast Seed Sower."
