Painting of a young girl in Dutch costume carrying water buckets through a field. The Olderbrook referred to in the title is an Americanization of the Dutch place called Oldebroek, near Hattem, where Browne studied. The model, Patsie White (1923-2004), was related to the artist by marriage.
