A woman's short black decorative cape with a high neck and short cape sleeves.It is elaborately beaded in black glass beads with wide beaded fringe. It is silk lined and hooks in the front. This cape was worn around the turn of the century (1900) by a relative of Miss Dorothy and Miss Florence Woolley.
