A dasher churn used in the home to churn butter. It consists of a hand-coopered cylinder (a), a wooden dasher (c) that protrudes through the top of the lid (b) and two paddles (d,e). Dasher not with the rest of the parts. (Dasher is on shelf L-2 in the Florence Griswold House basement storage)
