The pricket (a) has a brass spike which is riveted to a brass stand. The stand is flat and circular. It is hollow and without a bottom, with incised lines around the sides. The candle holder (b) has a central band which slides over the pricket spike from which two opposing arms are raised. The arms have five sides and flare slightly outward with a candle socket at each end. One socket has been resoldered.
