A plaid silk taffeta visiting dress, predominantely in shades of brown, red, green, blue white, and black. The skirt and bodice would have originally been two separate pieces, but they have been sewn into one. It has bell sleeves trimmed wth velvet edging. The front closing and shoulders are decorated with tassles.
