A little girl's dress made of very fine white cotton, with long sleeves and a long skirt. The dress has a low oval neck and ruffles at the shoulders. The cuffs are edged with narrow eyelet. The bodice is full to a high gathered waistband and the bottom of the skirt is scalloped with tucks and eyelet embroidery.
