A woman's navy blue taffeta and velvet bodice (a) and matching skirt (b). The bodice has long sleeves, a round neck, silver buttons down the front and a long pleated peplum bow on the back. It is lined with cotton. The skirt has a shirred velvet panel
down the front, a tafetta bustle in back and a pleated ruffle around the entire bottom. The skirt is lined in brown glazed cotton.
