Object among those contained in the large wood paint supply box. Large metal upright for supporting the lid of the supply box. The metal is dark in color, tarnished. Long, smooth, rounded main stalk, bottom end had a short, threaded peg to attach/anchor the support another object (however, the supply box does not appear to have a place where this is possible, it is likely that the support is not original to the supply box). The upper portion of the object has a large protruding band with a ridged outer. The upper end tapers inward, and a small, thin tip extends from it.
