A Staffordshire plate depicting a scene of Vue de Chateau Ermenonville in a blue transfer print. The plate is earthenware with a lead glaze and was made at the pottery of Enoch Wood & Sons at Burslem, Staffordshire.
Decorated with a dark-blue transfer print consisting of: a leafy floral marley; in the well a chateau with a stream to the right and a foot bridge, in front of the chateau a man on horseback and two people on foot.
