A charcoal figure study of a man, seated and twisting away from the viewer. Stamped "Admitted to Life" at upper left. Signed and inscribed at upper right: "Bertram Bruestle / Mr. Curren's Life Class". Academic drawing. Part of 85 sketches by George and Bertram Bruestle including landscapes, portraits, figurative, and architectural. They were retrieved from the Bruestle house in Lyme after Mrs. Bruestle's death in 1997.
