Florence Griswold Museum; Gift of Mr and Mrs Grover Lassen
A Queen Anne cherry candlestand, probably having Lyme origins, formerly owned by the McCurdy family. Three cabriole legs with slipper/snake feet support the urn-shaped pedestal. The top, including the molding, is cut from a single piece of wood.
