Metal frame, circular upper and lower foot which has a scalloped edge with raised, round detail around the exterior trim. The metal is heavily tarnished, lightly rusted and it appears that there are small stains due to a liquid coming on contact with the metal. 3 thin metal columns connect the upper foot and lower. The interior structure is glass, contains red/orange sand.
