A complete set of 12 lithograph-covered boxes which nest one into another. These blocks sold for approximately $1.95 in 1892. Each block printed with sequence of letters in alphabet, numbers, multiplication tables or the days of the week and the months of the year across the tops, and chromolithographed illustrations of animals, boats, religious vignettes and children in various poses.
