Cream colored body with scalloped rim on both cup and saucer; decorated with panels of relief-molded dots alternating with panels of horizontal lines; the bifurcated handle with crow’s-foot lower terminal in the same cream color; the underside is unglazed with a raised Victorian Registration mark for the year 1861
