Graphite with gouache on paper. Mounted and matted (14" x 12 1/4" Is the unmounted size). Proof for Compass Points (proof notes in the margins). House and well with large tree overhead. Graphite and gouache (white paint) on tissue paper. Good condition but delicate. Tape is rusted. "Parkhurst '58" on the lower right. "A Homestead in Old Lyme" on an overlay tissue.
