Wood frame, 3 1/2" on all sides, a raised decorative outer border. Exterior is a metallic gold, finish is heavily worn, scratched or chipped in areas to expose a reddish/brown color below the gold. The seams of the frame on the upper portion are separating. On the back of the frame there is a small piece of white tape with writing which reads - L 10 1/4 W 8 1/4. Hanging on the south wall directly right of the door if facing south.
