A Hitchcock-type side chair, painted with red and black graining with traces of gold striping. It has a pillow-top with block and vase turnings on the crest rail. The upper slat has a center medallion flanked by lyres. The splayed bell front legs have button turnings just below the seat. Missing the top of the lyre on the left, right side of the lyre is broken, missing molding around front of seat.
