Miniature portrait of Charles Johnson McCurdy (1797-1891) of Lyme, Evelyn McCurdy Salisbury's father. Descendant of one of the earliest settlers of the region, their descendant was later responsible for building Marshfield House, located on the grounds of the Museum.
